6:15pm – 7:15pm – Gregg Richie, PMP, MCTS Presents – "Risk Management with Project 2010"
- Gregg D. Richie, PMP, MCTS recently finished his book about Project 2010 and it was published by John Wiley & Sons in November. This self-proclaimed Project "addict" returns to the Seattle area MPUG to discuss risk management. Regardless of the tracking software used in the course of managing a project, "Risk Management" is defined and applied differently in various organizations. By using the risk industry's adopted life cycle of Identify, Analyze, Monitor, Respond and Close, you can use MS Project 2010 to perform part of your organization's Risk Management Plan. Gregg will discuss the basic concepts of using custom fields and tables to identify, calculate costs, manage, monitor, record and report risk information.
